Skin needling, also known as microneedling or collagen induction therapy, is a cosmetic procedure that involves the use of a handheld device with small, fine needles that create tiny punctures in the skin's surface. The procedure is designed to stimulate collagen production and promote skin rejuvenation. During the skin needling procedure, the device is moved over the skin's surface, creating tiny punctures that stimulate the skin's natural healing process. The punctures also create microscopic channels that allow topical serums or products to penetrate deeper into the skin, increasing their effectiveness.
